We have successfully filed the Petition requesting Judicial Review of the zoning for the Data Center. The Board of Commissioners must respond to our filing within 20 days. Our next step is to research the due diligence of the Plan Commission and Board of Commissioners prior to passing the PUD Ordinance. We will show that the Plan Commission and Board of Commissioners did not properly consider all evidence regarding the data center prior to adopting the PUD Ordinance. Our research will demonstrate the lack of consideration of the interests of the citizens of rural Morgan County including the disregard of the Comprehensive Plan, current conditions, character of the area, conservation of property values and responsible development and growth. This research takes time and funds. That is why we are requesting your continued support. Collectively we have paid the retainer fee for the attorney and we are now well on our way into the next phase of the suit.

Please remember, this petition is for signatures only and is not a donation collection site. Change.org has a section for donations; however, any contributions made there support the Change.org platform in promoting the petition within their network. These funds do not go to our group, the lawsuit, or the petition creator.
